The Harbour Quarter proposal (this page is a demonstration) sets out a compact, walkable block close to the south dock wall. The scheme combines housing, small-scale office or studio use at ground level, and public realm improvements to link the quays to the city centre. The project team is testing layout, height and movement assumptions before a formal application.
Indicative content includes:
Flood risk, servicing and construction traffic are being scoped with the port authority and the local council. The example text is written the way a Dutch or Irish officer would expect: plain language, clear trade-offs, no marketing fluff.
The blue outline is the indicative site boundary. The dashed circle is a 500 m notification area for this demo.

Observations received by this time would normally be reported in the consultation summary.
Fictional responses written in a tone familiar to Irish and Dutch planning officers: direct, specific, and free of marketing language.
On a live project, the public would submit through your Samle page; responses are stored, classified and can be exported as a structured report.
This demo shows how Samle presents the notice, documents, map and structured public responses in one place.
